Regularly clean your jewellery with a soft cloth
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, soap, creams, cosmetics, fragrances and cleaning products - keep it dry
Don't wear your jewellery in a pool or at the spa
Store your jewellery in its original packaging, in an adequate secure container or a jewellery box
Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off
The products you purchase will be made of high quality. If unfortunately there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can authorise the return. You will then have a further 14 days from our Returns Authorisation to send the product back to us.
You can return unwanted products by contacting us within 7 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied with it. It needs to have been unworn, with its original labels and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending it back otherwise your return may not be accepted.
